I hope you are doing well! My name is Lucas Granada, and I am currently serving as Networking director for the SHPE chapter at Penn State.

 

I wanted to reach out to you and reconnect with our alumni network. As a former member of SHPE, your experiences, insights, and continued support are incredibly valuable to our chapter and current members.

 

We would love to learn more about where your professional journey has taken you since graduation and explore ways for you to stay involved with SHPE. Whether through mentoring students, participating in professional development, attending networking events, or sharing career advice, your involvement can make a meaningful impact on our members.

Additionally, I wanted to inform you about our upcoming SHPE events, including SHPE National Convention, which will take place from October 28-31, 2026 in Indianapolis, Indiana. We would be excited to have you join us if your schedule allows. We are also planning several events throughout the semester and would be happy to keep you updated on future opportunities to engage with the chapter. One of these events is the annual SHPE tailgate that takes place at the end of the spring semester for our Blue and White game.
